We are a family owned company and have been continuously in the custom home business since 1984. We are based in Hillsborough County Florida. Steve Bronstein is a Class A General Contractor and Dava Bronstein is a Registered Interior Designer, both are fully liscensed. Mike Kildow is a Class A General Contractor. We provide Single Source Responsibility, daily On-Site Construction Management, Computer Aided Home Design, Certified Green Construction, and an on staff Licensed Interior Designer. We are experts on Green complaint and flood/velocity zone construction. |
